Meet Lifeline’s new intern, Judith Rotering from Nettetal, Germany, who will be here till the end of July next year. Like Amadea Oetken the year before, Judith comes to us by way of the Weltwaerts program founded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. Her sending organization is World Horizon.
Judith is 19 and she graduated from high school last July. Judith was the former head girl of her school, and excels in academics as well as dance. A student of ballet for 14 years and hiphop for the past 4, she choreographed for school productions and taught hiphop and ballet to younger kids as well.
Judith has been taking charge of Lifeline’s Satellite School classes, as well as the weekday tutorials for the students in Grades 3-6 in de la Rama, BF Homes, helping them strengthen their basic skills in English and math.
Judith dreams of becoming an engineer one day, and is also interested in political science and psychology.
We are thankful that Judith is here to spread her love for learning among our Satellite School students, and we are certain that her year with us at Lifeline will be good training for whatever career path she will choose in the future.
Welcome to the Lifeline family, Judith!
