I was there and, as expected, went home with practical ways to be a stress-free parent. I love my kids so much that I will make it my job to get everything I can to be the best parent for my son and daughter. They deserve ME happy.
I encourage all the other parents out there to take this opportunity to get the support we all need–looks like we are never alone in this thing called parenting. I heard there’ll be another one next month.
